Jobright Alternatives for India and Beyond (2026)
Jobright is a well-liked US job-matching site with one-click autofill, an AI copilot and a free tier, but its listings default to the United States and it does not apply for you. If you are in India or want something that sends the application, here are seven alternatives: Hireoo for tailored email applications, Simplify for autofill, LoopCV and JobCopilot for bots, AIApply for credit-based auto-apply, Careerflow for LinkedIn and résumé tools, and myjobb for Indian portals, with prices as of October 2026.

Why people look past Jobright
Jobright is the traffic leader in this category for a reason: fresh listings with a visible posting time, match scores, a copilot called Orion, and a free tier. Its homepage frames the product as "1-Click Application Autofill" plus a 24/7 copilot, not as a tool that applies for you (jobright.ai).
The reasons people look elsewhere fall into three groups. Geography: the location filter defaults to the United States and there is no India coverage, so an Indian search gets little from the matching. Mechanism: autofill still means you submit into a queue, with no cover letter and no person on the other end. Billing: third-party round-ups of user reviews mention complaints about charges and generic AI output alongside the praise for freshness (aitooldiscovery). Its own pricing page returned an error when we checked in October 2026, so the Turbo prices above are reported, not verified. The direct comparison is in Hireoo vs Jobright.
Option 1: Hireoo
Hireoo is an AI job agent for job seekers in India, used through a chat in English or Hinglish. Describe the job you want in one line; it finds fresh hiring posts from across the web, shows each with a fit percentage and the reasons behind it, writes a cover letter for that job and emails it, with your résumé, to the hiring contact from your own Gmail. Access is send-only; it never reads your inbox. You review each email or let it auto-apply to the results you pick.
- Pros: Indian hiring posts, rupee plans and Hinglish; the reasons behind each fit score, not just a number; the recruiter gets a cover letter written for the job; no extension; Starter ₹0 with 10 job results a day; weekly pass ₹149 (₹99 until 31 December 2026) with no auto-renew.
- Cons: email only, so form-only employers are out of reach; no reply tracking and no follow-ups; it does not publish where its hiring posts originate; no US listings.
- Best for: Indian job seekers who liked Jobright's matching but need the application written and sent.
Option 2: Simplify
Simplify's free Copilot extension autofills forms while you click submit, and its help centre describes an Autopilot that submits without a review step. Simplify+ costs $19.99 a week, $39.99 a month or $89.99 for three months (help centre).
- Pros: the free extension is fast on long forms; big job database; tracker built in.
- Cons: desktop Chrome only; US-first listings; expensive in rupees; still queue-based.
- Best for: people who want Jobright-style autofill with a larger database. See Simplify alternatives.
Option 3: LoopCV
LoopCV applies on your behalf across 30+ boards and says it can also find a recruiter's email and send a personalised message. There is a free-forever plan and paid plans from €9.99 a month (pricing).
- Pros: free plan; sends rather than autofills; recruiter emails as well as forms.
- Cons: euro pricing; machine-translated Hindi site; extension needed for login-gated boards; quality needs reviewing.
- Best for: volume on international boards. See LoopCV alternatives.
Option 4: AIApply
AIApply bundles auto-apply credits with résumé, cover-letter and interview tools. Its pricing page describes a limited free tier, a Premium subscription and credit packs of 100 or 250 without listing prices; third-party reviews report roughly $49 to $99 a month for the packs (aiapply.co/pricing).
- Pros: pay per batch; large toolkit; student discount.
- Cons: opaque pricing; dollar billing; no India page.
- Best for: occasional auto-apply bursts plus coaching tools.
Option 5: JobCopilot
JobCopilot applies on company career pages rather than boards. Premium is $0.93 a day with up to 20 matched roles daily; Elite is $1.05 a day with up to 50 and credits to contact hiring managers; weekly, monthly and quarterly billing exist (pricing).
- Pros: employer career pages; hiring-manager outreach on Elite; multilingual.
- Cons: no free trial mentioned; dollar pricing; no Indian portals; reviewers report form breakage.
- Best for: targeting companies that hire through their own sites, including abroad. See Hireoo vs JobCopilot.
Option 6: Careerflow
Careerflow, founded in India and priced in dollars, offers a free tier, Premium at $23.99 a month ($14.41 yearly) and Premium Plus at $44.99 a month ($24.99 yearly) per its homepage (careerflow.ai). Its free LinkedIn optimiser is the standout; the rest is a résumé builder, tracker, cover-letter writer, autofill and mock interviews.
- Pros: free LinkedIn optimiser; large template libraries; broad toolkit.
- Cons: no auto-apply; no rupee pricing or Hindi; desktop extension for autofill.
- Best for: fixing your LinkedIn profile before you start applying.
Option 7: myjobb
myjobb is an Indian AI job agent that says it submits inside Naukri, Foundit, Instahyre and other portals through sessions you authorise, with a 9 AM IST daily report. Its homepage lists the first 20 applications free and ₹999 a month; its blog lists ₹499 to ₹1,999 (myjobb.ai, blog).
- Pros: Indian portals; rupee pricing; per-job résumé tailoring.
- Cons: portal logins shared and portal terms written against bots; English only; two price lists.
- Best for: portal volume in India. Full write-up: Hireoo vs myjobb.
How to choose
- Start with geography. If you are applying in India, Jobright's matching will not help; Hireoo and myjobb are built for Indian hiring. If you are targeting the US, Simplify or JobCopilot are closer to Jobright's strengths.
- Autofill or send. Jobright, Simplify, Careerflow and Huntr-style tools fill; Hireoo, LoopCV, JobCopilot, AIApply and myjobb send. Decide which half of the work you want done.
- Queue or inbox. Forms land in queues. Email lands in an inbox with a cover letter. If you already apply plenty and hear nothing, change the channel, not the volume.
- Login risk. Anything that logs in to a portal as you carries account risk. Email and autofill tools do not.
- Try free tiers for two weeks and count replies. Before you start, clean your résumé with the free ATS résumé checker; every tool here works from that file. If the categories are blurring, read what an AI job agent is.
