Hireoo is an AI job agent. It finds fresh hiring posts, writes every cover letter, and applies from your own Gmail — so your time goes to interviews, not forms.
How we started
Built out of real frustration.
Your time should go toward interviews, not applications. Hireoo exists because the applying part was eating the rest.
Hireoo started when our founder was applying to dozens of jobs a week and noticed that the applications that went somewhere all had one thing in common: a direct email to a real recruiter, with a message written for that role.

The problem? Finding those emails took forever. Hiring posts bury contact details, job boards don't surface them, and composing the same email for the fortieth time is soul-crushing work.
So we built an agent to do it. It quietly discovers fresh hiring posts, pulls out the recruiter's email, ranks each role against what you asked for, then writes and sends the application from your own Gmail — while you get on with your day.
