The agent searches fresh hiring posts and company openings from across the web every day, and extracts the recruiter's email from each one. You tell it the role you want in a sentence; it searches, ranks the matches against your resume and explains why each one fits.
Yes. Once you connect your Gmail, Hireoo writes a cover letter and email for the job, attaches your resume and sends it from your own address. You can apply to one job at a time or let Auto Apply send to a whole batch in the background.
The limit is job results — the jobs the agent finds and shows you: 10 a day on the free Starter plan. Hireoo Pro (₹499/month) raises that to 25 a day and adds the Resume Specific and Custom Template letter styles and an AI resume rewrite. Applying isn't capped separately, limits reset at midnight IST, and you can cancel anytime. Or take Pro for a single week: ₹99 with the festive offer right now (₹149 normally), with no auto-renewal.
Yes. Hireoo uses Google OAuth with a send-only scope — it can send an email on your behalf and nothing more. It never reads your inbox or your existing mail.
Every application is listed in the agent with what was sent, the recruiter address it went to and the time it was sent — so you always know exactly what left your Gmail. A send that failed can be retried from the same list.
Rather just try it?
Describe the role you want. Hireoo finds it and applies for you — from your own Gmail.
