2.2 Gmail Integration Data

When you connect your Gmail account via OAuth, we request only the minimum access needed to send job application emails on your behalf:

• Permission to send emails on your behalf (gmail.send) — we do not request access to read, modify, or delete your inbox

2.3 Professional Network Data

Through our Chrome extension, we collect job posting information from professional networks, including:

• Job titles, descriptions, and requirements

10. AI Processing and Limited Use Compliance

Hireoo uses AI/ML models to generate personalized cover letters, cold emails, and job-match scoring from the resume and job posting data you provide. We use the following third-party AI infrastructure providers:

Only resume content and job posting data are sent to these providers for generating application materials and matching. Gmail message content is never sent to any AI/ML provider — our Gmail integration is limited to sending emails on your behalf (see Section 2.2) and is not used as an input to any AI model.

The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Workspace user data to train, retrain, or improve generalized or foundational AI/ML models.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
