Yes. You connect Gmail with a send-only permission, so every application goes out from your address, with your name on it. Hireoo never reads your inbox.
Every application is listed under Applications with what was sent, to whom and when, and a failed send can be retried from there. The sent email is in your Gmail's Sent folder too.
Recruiters reply to your Gmail like they would to any other email. Hireoo can't read your inbox, so it doesn't track replies — keep an eye on Gmail. For a job you applied to, you can ask the agent for interview prep.
