7 LazyApply Alternatives for 2026 (Including Options That Work in India)
LazyApply sells annual plans in dollars, applies at volume on US-centric boards and has no free tier. If that is not your job search, here are seven alternatives: Hireoo for tailored email applications in India, LoopCV and JobCopilot for set-and-forget bots, AIApply for credit-based auto-apply, Simplify and Jobright for autofill with a free tier, and myjobb or ApplyCove for Indian portals. Each entry lists how it applies, India fit, free tier, price as of October 2026 with a source, and who it suits.

Why people look past LazyApply
LazyApply does one thing: it applies at volume. Its homepage lists three annual plans, Basic $99 (15 applications/day, one résumé profile), Premium $149 (150/day, five profiles) and Ultimate $999 (1,500/day, 20 profiles), a 30-day money-back window, and the platforms it applies on: Greenhouse, Dice, Indeed and ZipRecruiter (lazyapply.com). It needs its Chrome extension and a desktop.
The common reasons for looking elsewhere are the ones you would expect. There is no free tier and no monthly plan, so trying it costs at least $99 up front. The boards are US-centric and nothing on the site mentions Indian portals or a hiring contact. And applications go out without a review step, so quality depends entirely on the résumé profiles you set up. If you are in India, that combination means paying in dollars for a tool that is aimed at a different market. The full comparison is in Hireoo vs LazyApply.
Option 1: Hireoo
An AI job agent for job seekers in India, used through a chat in English or Hinglish. You describe the job you want in one sentence; it finds fresh hiring posts from across the web, scores each against your résumé with a fit percentage and reasons, writes a cover letter for that job, and emails it to the hiring contact from your own Gmail. Access is send-only; it never reads your inbox. You review before sending, or auto-apply to the results you pick.
- Pros: the application reaches a person, with a cover letter written for that role; works fully from a phone; no extension; no portal login shared; Starter is ₹0 with 10 job results a day; a weekly pass at ₹149 (₹99 until 31 December 2026) with no auto-renew.
- Cons: email only, so companies that accept applications only through a form are out of reach; no reply tracking and no follow-ups, you handle those in Gmail; it does not publish where its hiring posts originate.
- Best for: people in India who apply plenty and hear nothing back, and want the hiring contact to read something written for the job.
Option 2: LoopCV
A Greece-based bot that scans 30+ job boards, matches roles to your CV and submits applications on your behalf. Its homepage also says it can find a recruiter's email and send a personalised message, which makes it the closest global tool to an email-first approach (loopcv.pro). There is a free-forever plan with no card, and paid plans start from €9.99 a month (pricing).
- Pros: free plan; the broadest free-tool library in the category; both form submissions and recruiter emails.
- Cons: euro pricing and no UPI; the Hindi version of the site is a machine-translated clone with nothing India-specific; a browser extension is needed for boards that require login; very much set-and-forget, so review the output.
- Best for: remote and international roles where volume with a free start matters. See LoopCV alternatives for the tools that overlap with it.
Option 3: JobCopilot
JobCopilot applies for you on company career pages, which it argues avoids ghost jobs because the listing is on the employer's own site. Its pricing page lists Premium at $0.93 a day with up to 20 matched roles daily, and Elite at $1.05 a day with up to 50 and credits to contact hiring managers; weekly, monthly and quarterly billing exist (pricing).
- Pros: career-page applications rather than board queues; hiring-manager outreach on Elite; multilingual interface.
- Cons: no free trial mentioned; dollar pricing; reviewers report breakage on some applicant-tracking forms; no Indian portal support.
- Best for: people targeting companies that hire through their own careers pages, including remote roles abroad.
Option 4: AIApply
A UK-based product that combines auto-apply credits with résumé, cover-letter and interview tools. The pricing page we opened describes a limited free tier, a Premium subscription billed monthly or annually, and auto-apply credits sold in packs of 100 or 250, without showing the prices; third-party reviews report roughly $49 to $99 a month for the packs (aiapply.co/pricing).
- Pros: pay per batch rather than per day; a large set of free tools; a student discount.
- Cons: prices are hard to find on the site; dollar billing; no India page; Indian testimonials but no Indian portals.
- Best for: someone who wants a bundle of résumé tools with occasional auto-apply bursts.
Option 5: Simplify
Simplify's Copilot is a free Chrome extension that autofills application forms while you click submit; its help centre also describes an Autopilot that prepares and submits applications without a review step. Simplify+ costs $19.99 a week, $39.99 a month or $89.99 for three months (help centre).
- Pros: the free extension alone saves time on long forms; large job database; tracker included.
- Cons: desktop Chrome only; listings skew US; the paid tier is expensive in rupees; autofill still leaves you applying into queues.
- Best for: people who apply by hand to many form-based roles and want them faster. See Simplify alternatives.
Option 6: Jobright
Jobright is a job-matching site with one-click autofill and an AI copilot called Orion. The free tier is generous for matching; the Turbo plan is reported by third parties at $39.99 a month, $17.99 a week or $89.99 for three months, and its own pricing page returned an error when we checked, so see jobright.ai (jobnova).
- Pros: fresh listings with a visible posting time; match scores; free tier.
- Cons: the location filter defaults to the United States and there is no India coverage to speak of; autofill, not apply-for-you; dollar pricing.
- Best for: US-based or US-targeting job seekers. See Jobright alternatives.
Option 7: myjobb or ApplyCove, for Indian portals
If what you wanted from LazyApply was volume and your listings are Indian, these two are built for that. myjobb says it submits inside Naukri, Foundit, Instahyre and other portals through sessions you authorise, with the first 20 applications free and ₹999 a month on its homepage, though its blog lists ₹499 to ₹1,999 (myjobb.ai). ApplyCove runs scheduled sessions on its servers using your Naukri and LinkedIn logins, with a 30-minute free trial and plans from ₹349 a month for 50 applications/day (applycove.com).
- Pros: Indian portals, rupee pricing, low entry price, daily reports.
- Cons: you hand over a portal login; portal terms are written against bots and accounts have been restricted; applications still sit in a queue without a cover letter.
- Best for: volume on portal-only listings, with eyes open about the risk. Full write-ups: Hireoo vs myjobb and Hireoo vs ApplyCove.
How to choose
- Decide what is actually failing. Too few applications: pick a volume tool (LoopCV, JobCopilot, a portal bot). Plenty of applications and no replies: pick tailoring and a human reader (Hireoo, or JobCopilot Elite's outreach).
- Check where your jobs live. Indian portal listings point to myjobb or ApplyCove. Company career pages point to JobCopilot. Hiring posts with a contact point to Hireoo.
- Check the login question. Anything that logs in as you carries account risk. Email-based and autofill tools do not.
- Check the currency and the cadence. Dollar and euro annual plans are expensive for an Indian search. Weekly passes and free tiers let you test before committing.
- Run two for a fortnight and count replies. Reply rate per application is the only number that matters. For the wider Indian list, see the auto-apply job websites in India listicle, and for definitions read what an AI job agent is.
