Hireoo vs LoopCV: Two Tools That Email Recruiters, Compared for India (2026)
LoopCV is the closest tool to Hireoo's method: it finds the recruiter's email and sends a personalised application, plus ATS forms and an extension, with a free plan and paid tiers from €9.99 a month as of October 2026. Hireoo does the email part for India: fresh Indian hiring posts, a tailored email per job sent from your own Gmail after you review it, in English or Hinglish, with no extension. Choose LoopCV for multi-country hunts that also need ATS forms filled; choose Hireoo for jobs in India.

The short verdict
Choose LoopCV if you are applying across several countries, want one tool that emails recruiters and also submits ATS forms, and are happy to pay in euros for a product built in Greece, with a free plan to start. Choose Hireoo if your search is in India: it is built around Indian hiring posts, sends each tailored email from your own Gmail after you review it, chats in Hinglish or English, and charges in rupees with a free plan of 10 job results a day.
These two are the closest pair on our comparison list, because LoopCV is the one global tool whose homepage says it will "automatically find the email of the recruiter in a company sending a personalised email", which is also how Hireoo applies. The difference is not the mechanic; it is the market, the mailbox and the price. We built Hireoo, so weigh our side accordingly.

What LoopCV does well
LoopCV has been doing automated applications for years, and its pages are unusually straight about how it works.
- It emails recruiters, and says so. The homepage is explicit: "We automatically find the email of the recruiter in a company sending a personalised email." Its FAQ lists "automated emails to recruiters" alongside ATS form submissions and the extension. Very few global tools do the email part at all.
- You choose the level of control. Per its FAQ you can "fully automate or choose a hybrid approach", set filters, exclude companies, pick locations or job boards, and "switch to manual review to approve each application".
- A free plan with no expiry. The pricing page describes a free forever plan with no credit card and no time limit, paid plans from €9.99 a month for more volume, priority processing and advanced filters, and refunds within 7 days if you have used under 10% of your quota.
- CV tooling built in. A CV checker, a CV builder with multiple variations, A/B testing of CVs and application tracking are all listed in its FAQ.
- Free tools without signup. A career-change quiz, resignation letter generator, ATS résumé keywords checker, job search checklist and cover letter generator, described in its own llms.txt as browser tools "requiring no signup".
- A huge content library. Guides, company "apply to" pages, interview questions and a directory of reviews of other tools. Even if you never subscribe, it is a decent reference.
Where LoopCV falls short for India
It is a European product priced in euros. The footer address is in Thessaloniki, Greece, and plans start at €9.99 a month. Paying means an international card and a rupee price that moves with the euro and your card's forex markup.
The Hindi site is a translation, not an Indian product. LoopCV publishes its pages in 16 languages, including Hindi, but the Hindi version is the same global content translated; it adds no Indian job sources, no Indian portals and no rupee pricing. Its guides cover topics like US unemployment benefits by state, which tells you who it was written for. One India-focused comparison, written by a competing tool, puts LoopCV among the global tools that "cannot touch Indian portals" (myjobb); weigh the source, but it matches what LoopCV's own pages show.
Whose mailbox? LoopCV's public pages do not say whether recruiter emails go out from your own address or from its system. That matters more than it sounds: it decides whether replies land in your inbox, whether the recruiter sees your name and domain, and whether you have a Sent copy. Ask them before you rely on it.
"Supported job boards" are unnamed. The free plan covers "automated job applications across supported job boards", but the pages we read do not list them, and nothing on them suggests Indian sources.
No Hinglish, English UI. The product and its support content are English-first; the Hindi pages are translated marketing copy, not a chat you can type into the way you speak.
The extension is desktop. Faster applying through its browser extension needs a laptop, like every extension.
What Hireoo does differently
Hireoo is an AI job agent for job seekers in India, used through a chat in English or Hinglish. The mechanic is the one LoopCV describes, built for one market: you describe the job you want in a sentence, and it finds fresh hiring posts from across the web (1,000+ fresh hiring posts every day), scores each against your résumé with a fit percentage and the reasons, writes a tailored application email for every job, and applies by emailing the hiring contact from your own Gmail. There is no question of whose mailbox: access is send-only, it never reads your inbox, and every email sits in your Sent folder with the reply landing in your own inbox. You review and edit each one before it goes, or switch on auto apply for the results you pick (how it works).
Starter is ₹0 with 10 job results a day, a cover letter for every job and auto apply from Gmail. Pro is ₹499 a month for 25 job results a day, more cover-letter styles, an AI résumé rewrite and interview prep; the weekly Pro pass is ₹149 (₹99 festive offer until 31 December 2026), paid once, no auto-renew. No browser extension, no portal forms, and it works from a phone.
It does not track replies or opens (those land in your Gmail), does not send follow-ups (you send those), does not fill forms on job portals, does not promise interviews, and does not publish where its hiring posts come from.
Choose LoopCV if… / Choose Hireoo if…
Choose LoopCV if
- You are applying in several countries at once and want one dashboard for all of them.
- You want recruiter emails and ATS form submissions from the same tool.
- You like a free-forever plan and can pay in euros when you need more volume.
- You want CV A/B testing and are comfortable with an English, desktop-first product.
Choose Hireoo if
- Your search is in India: fresher or mid-career, metro or tier-2, tech or non-tech.
- You want every application to leave from your own Gmail, with the reply landing in your inbox.
- You want to read and edit each email in a chat, in Hinglish if you like, from your phone.
- You want rupee pricing: ₹0 to start, ₹99 or ₹149 for a week, ₹499 a month.
Can you use both?
You can, but with more care than with the other pairs on this list, because both tools email recruiters. Run them on different markets (LoopCV for roles abroad, Hireoo for India) and you avoid the real risk, which is two automated emails reaching the same recruiter in the same week with slightly different wording. If you do overlap, your Gmail Sent folder shows everything Hireoo sent; check whether LoopCV gives you the same visibility before you trust the combination.
If LoopCV's volume model appeals, Hireoo vs LazyApply covers the pure bulk end, and Hireoo vs JobCopilot covers the career-page approach. Our LoopCV alternatives for India page lists more options, and our guide to applying to HR by email shows what a good application email looks like if you want to send a few by hand first.
