Short answer: no, Naukri has no official auto apply feature. There is no button on naukri.com or in the app that applies to every matching job for you. What people call "Naukri auto apply" is one of three things: Naukri's own one-click Apply on a single listing, a third-party bot or Chrome extension that clicks that button in a loop, or a cloud service that logs in to your account and does the same on its servers.

This post covers all three: what Naukri offers, how the bots work, why they rarely turn into interviews, and a safer way to apply to many jobs quickly.

Does Naukri have an auto apply feature?

No. As of October 2026, applying on Naukri is still one job at a time. What the platform does offer:

  • Apply on a listing. When a recruiter takes applications on Naukri, you click Apply and your profile and uploaded résumé go to that recruiter, sometimes after a few screening questions. Other listings redirect you to the company's own careers form.
  • Recommended jobs and job alerts. Naukri suggests jobs from your profile and sends alerts for saved searches by email and app notification. Alerts bring jobs to you; they do not apply for you.
  • Recruiter search. Recruiters search Naukri's résumé database directly. A complete, recently updated profile gets you found without applying, the closest thing to passive applying Naukri has.
  • Paid services. Naukri sells visibility and preparation, not automation: résumé writing, profile visibility boosts, a priority tag on your applications, mock interviews. Names and bundles change, so check naukri.com before paying.

Searching "Naukri Pro auto apply"? Naukri Pro is a subscription bundle. A November 2025 press release describes it as profile enhancement, "hidden job invitations", AI mock interviews and skills insights (ANI, 21 Nov 2025). None of that is auto apply; the AI résumé maker announced alongside it builds a résumé, not applications.

The Naukri auto apply bots and extensions people search for

Search "naukri auto apply bot" or "naukri auto apply extension" and you find three kinds of tools. None is made by Naukri.

Chrome extensions

They sit in your browser while you are logged in. You run a search, the extension walks down the results and clicks Apply on each, filling screening questions from answers you saved once. Chrome Web Store listings such as "JobAgent AI — Auto Apply" name Naukri alongside LinkedIn, Indeed and Foundit. The appeal is obvious: 100 applications while you make tea.

Scripts and "Naukri auto bots"

Python and Selenium scripts on GitHub, and paid copies sold on Gumroad, do the same without a UI: log in with your credentials, loop over a search URL, click Apply. Cheap, unsupported, and broken every time Naukri changes its page layout.

Cloud auto apply services

ApplyCove, myjobb and FastApply run the clicking on their own servers using a login session synced from your browser, on a schedule, usually with rupee pricing and a trial. We compare them in the best auto apply job websites in India.

All three share the same inputs: your Naukri login, one résumé and a search filter. Everything below follows from that.

The real risks

Account restrictions. Like most job portals, Naukri's terms of use do not permit bots or automated access. The practical result is a flagged, limited or suspended account, with no warning first. Losing years of profile history and recruiter views is a bad trade for a weekend of automated clicks.

The same application, hundreds of times. A bot sends the identical résumé and saved answers to every listing. A recruiter who posts several roles sees your name under all of them with nothing changed, which reads as spam, not interest.

Wrong jobs. Filters are keyword based. "Data analyst, Pune" includes roles asking for six years of experience, night shifts or a different stack. A bot applies anyway; the recruiter remembers the fresher who applied for a senior role.

Your password in someone else's hands. Extensions run inside your logged-in session; cloud services keep a copy of it. Check what each stores before connecting, and never reuse that password elsewhere.

Burned contacts. The recruiter who got six irrelevant applications from you this month is the one who will post the role you actually want next month.

Why volume without tailoring rarely gets replies

A popular Naukri posting collects hundreds of applications within a day or two. The recruiter skims, filters and shortlists in seconds per profile, usually from the early wave. Two things get you through: being early, and looking like you were written for this role.

A bot gives you the first and removes the second. It applies within minutes of a posting going live, but sends exactly what the filter is built to drop: a résumé that matches on keywords and nothing else. The inbox fills with "application received" and nothing after. If that is already your experience, these five reasons explain the silence; a bot fixes only the first.

The math is simple: a tiny reply rate times 200 untailored applications gives you a few replies from jobs you did not want; a normal rate times 10–25 jobs you chose gives you replies you can act on. Our own auto apply numbers, including the unflattering ones, are here.

A safer way to apply at scale: email the hiring contact

Many Indian hiring posts, on LinkedIn, in WhatsApp and Telegram groups, on company sites and on Naukri listings that name a contact, carry an email address. Applying by email keeps the speed and adds the one thing a bot cannot: a short, specific note on why you fit.

  1. Pick the posts; do not scrape them. 10–25 roles a day that you would actually take. Read each one for a minute.
  2. One résumé per role family. A fresher applying for data analyst and operations roles needs two versions. Run each through a free ATS résumé checker once so the base file is clean.
  3. Write a 100–150 word email. Subject line with the role and your headline skill, one line on why this company, two or three proof points matching the posting, résumé attached. Formats and copy-paste templates are here.
  4. Send from your own email, not a tool's. Recruiters reply to people; a message from a no-reply address gets treated like a form.
  5. Follow up once, yourself, after 5–7 days. One polite nudge is professional; five is a problem.

Slower than 200 clicks, faster than you think: about 20 minutes for ten tailored emails once your résumé versions and templates are ready. For what "auto apply" means and which kind is safe, read what is auto apply or, in Hinglish, auto apply jobs kya hai.

Where Hireoo fits

Hireoo is not a Naukri bot. It does not log in to your Naukri account, does not apply there or take listings there. It is an AI job agent you talk to in a chat: describe the job you want in a sentence, and it finds fresh hiring posts from across the web, scores each against your résumé, writes a tailored application email for every one, and sends it to the hiring contact from your Gmail after you review it. Starter is free with 10 job results a day; applications are not capped. It does not fill portal forms, does not track replies and does not send follow-ups; those are yours. FAQ

Does Naukri have an auto apply feature?

No. You apply to one listing at a time, set job alerts and get recommended jobs. There is no official option that applies to all matching jobs for you.

Is there a Naukri auto apply extension for Chrome?

Third-party extensions exist that click Apply on every result in a Naukri search while you are logged in, and some cloud services do the same on their servers. None is made or endorsed by Naukri, and using one is against the site's terms of use.

Can a Naukri auto apply bot get my account blocked?

Yes, that is the main risk. Automated access can get a profile flagged, limited or suspended without warning, along with the history and recruiter views attached to it.

Is Naukri Pro the same as auto apply?

No. Naukri Pro is a subscription bundle of profile enhancement, job invitations, AI mock interviews and skills insights. It can raise your visibility to recruiters; it does not apply to jobs for you.

Is Hireoo a Naukri auto apply tool?

No. It does not touch your Naukri account or its listings. It finds fresh hiring posts from across the web and applies by emailing the hiring contact from your Gmail, with a tailored email for each job and 10 job results a day on the free plan.

Reading is nice. Sending is better.
